Sync rules you set, not defaults someone else chose

Multical doesn't make assumptions. You decide which calendars sync with which and what level of detail crosses over. Set it once, and it runs automatically.

  • Sync any calendar to any other calendar
  • Filter by keyword. Skip personal events or internal meetings
  • Restrict sync to working hours only
  • No per-calendar pricing. Sync as many as you need

Privacy controls that keep your business your business

Syncing calendars doesn't mean sharing everything. You choose exactly what each synced event reveals, from a simple "Busy" block to the full event title and details.

  • Show Free/Busy only. Colleagues see blocked time, nothing else
  • Share event title only, or full details
  • Multical never permanently stores your event content
  • Revoke access from any calendar at any time

Calendar syncing vs. calendar sharing

Calendar sharing

When you share your Google, Outlook, and iCloud calendars with each other, only you can see the events. Everyone else still sees you as free in Microsoft Scheduling Assistant or Google Find a Time — and they'll double book you.

Calendar syncing with Multical

When you sync your calendars, Multical copies the events over so that people see your true availability. Block time appears across every calendar you own, so no one can accidentally double book you.

Frequently asked questions

Multical supports Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook (personal and work/school accounts), and Apple iCloud Calendar. You can connect as many accounts as your career requires.
Google and Outlook calendars sync near-instantly, usually within seconds of an event being created, updated, or deleted. Apple iCloud calendars can take up to 15 minutes due to how Apple's calendar connection works.
If you want it to! You can configure each sync rule to be one-way (e.g. Client A → Homebase only) or two-way (changes on either calendar reflected in the other). Each calendar pair has its own settings.
No. Multical does not permanently store your event content. We use OAuth tokens encrypted with AES-256-GCM to access your calendars only when needed to process the sync rules you create. You can revoke access at any time.
Yes. You can create keyword filters to skip or include events whose titles contain specific words, which is useful for keeping personal events off your work calendars, or filtering out all-day events like holidays.
No. Multical has no per-calendar fees and no calendar limits. Connect and sync as many calendars as your career requires for one monthly or annual price.
