You set the sync rules, and you can grant and revoke Multical's access at any time. We only ask for the access we need, which is the ability to read, write, update, and delete events based on the sync rules you set. We don't share your data with anyone other than Google, Microsoft, and Apple. We use OAuth tokens encrypted with AES-256-GCM. We don't permanently store your event content.
As much as you want to! You can filter out events by title, only sync events during work hours, choose the color for Google events, and decide what level of event details to share.
Once you've set your rules, Multical automatically syncs as you add, edit, and delete events. Google and Outlook calendars sync almost instantly. Apple can take 15 minutes.
